Dudley House is a private rental scheme partnership between Westminster Council and Pinnacle Group. As the lead Ux/Ui designer at Pinnacle Group, i was tasked with creating a website that would celebrate the launch of the scheme, inform the visitor of the eligibility criteria and onboard any potential tenants.  

I was responsible for the rapid prototyping of the site, the user journey from property portals to the site and filtering of prospective tenants that did not fit Westminster Councils eligibility critera.

From our Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket leads as well as google and facebook ads we were able to fill all rental units despite slow down in the industry resulting from the Covid-19 crisis.
